FAQ - Issuing Bank

An Issuing Bank manages its own list of authorised signatories (LAS) on SignatureNet. Special functions are available for this purpose, which enable simple, secure and efficient administration.

The Issuing Bank shares its LAS with other participants to whom it has previously granted access. Each Issuing Bank also acts as a User Bank that can check the LAS of other Issuing Banks, provided they have authorized access.

No, SignatureNet can only be used to manage the signatory data of your own organisation's employees. It is not possible to manage customer data.

The annual fee is based on the number of authorised signatories to be managed. The number of users within the bank is unlimited and does not incur any additional costs. Contact us with an estimate of the authorised signatories to be managed in order to receive an individual offer.

The signatory data is managed by your own employees. The relevant staff receive an introduction, user manuals and support to enable them to carry out this task independently.

Additional fees are only incurred if you:

• Have the initial capture of signatory data carried out by SignatureNet or
• require individual training for your staff.

For larger organisations, it may make sense to automate or integrate certain processes. SignatureNet offers a single sign-on (SSO) function to connect to your Active Directory to facilitate user management. This is an optional extra service and is subject to a charge.

The administrators of your bank grant the correspondent banks access to SignatureNet. The relevant correspondent bank is found via a search function, access is granted and saved.

Conversely, access can be withdrawn at any time in the same way.

Correspondent banks can also actively request access. In this case, your administrators receive an e-mail notification about the request and can grant or deny access.

With SignatureNet, manual notification of changes in the signatory directory is not necessary.
As your signatory data is always kept up to date, the correspondent bank checks the authorised signatories in real time for each transaction.

SignatureNet is easy to use and does not require extensive training.

Your employees can download the relevant user manual for each function in SignatureNet directly after logging in. Independent learning is therefore possible at any time.

We support you personally with the introduction of SignatureNet in your organisation so that you and your employees can quickly use the system independently.

However, if desired, we also offer additional online training courses for a fee.

Yes, all accesses and actions on your signatory data are fully logged. Your internal SignatureNet administrators can generate various reports in PDF or Excel format at any time.

Administrators also have the option of receiving weekly or monthly notifications by e-mail.
