SignBase

Both the customer of a bank and any authorized representatives / authorized signatories provide a signature that must be managed by the bank. SignBase enables the electronic management of this data with all the necessary attributes and fully covers the legal requirements for the register of authorized representatives. It can also be used to map complex customer authorizations with their limits, restrictions and instructions.

With this module, you can easily and conveniently manage the power of attorney structures of external asset managers, condominium administrators or authorities (e.g. KESB). If, for example, an employee of the administrator leaves the company, the legitimizations in the relevant customer relationships are also deactivated when the corresponding power of attorney is deleted in SignBase.

Which signature was valid from when to when? Once the historization module has been activated, you can access the "history" of a power of attorney at any time.

With the SignPurge add-on module, the data in SignBase is physically deleted.
