Documents are scanned via an existing large scanner (payment transaction system, archive system) and analyzed as far as possible. The document image and the alphanumeric content are delivered to SignMast and processed. Where possible, signatures are automatically cut out and corresponding authorizations are created. Depending on the document type (replacement/additional) and the customer type (natural person/legal entity), existing authorizations are marked as deleted, thus achieving the highest possible degree of automation. The signatures are available in SignBase and SignCheck immediately after approval by another person (dual control principle).
